I lead user experience and design for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. We work on making health insurance easier to navigate and understand.

I started my career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as their senior designer. Over the years I have helped build the brand in not only visual but strategic ways.
